What is that movie where people are looking at a baby and scream witch when they find a birthmark?

I was watching this movie when I was younger and there are a bunch of men in this room and one finds a birthmark on a baby and screams"witch!" and all the other men start yelling an the baby starts crying. I can not for the life of me remember what that movie is.
