Two gift ideas for my boyfriend; which one should I go with?!?

I've been dating my boyfriend for a little over a year and his birthday is in a week and a half. I'm not sure what I should get him. Last year I got him a Rottweiler (she's so cute and still the love of his life) at $800. For Christmas I got him a helicopter thing he picked out some cologne he really liked, and now we're back to the birthday. He works a strenuous labor intensive job and his back, hands, feet, knees, elbows (etc.) hurt. You name it, it hurts. I mage him almost every night. But now I'm torn. I was looking at getting him a nice 60 minute mage for his birthday but he told me he really wants another helicopter toy (he broke the first one... twice). What should I get him?!
