I have a finance bachelor's degree. Any sense in going for my masters in accounting?

I am about to graduate with a bachelors in finance and have the opportunity to go to graduate business school but with the recent recession, I have been rethinking going further with my finance degree and was considering going for an accounting graduate degree (figuring accounting jobs are always in demand, if not moreso in the near future). Is it possible for me to get a graduate degree in accounting and still be qualified for accounting positions (in regards to course requirements for the CPA exam in New York State)?
