Emergency!!!!! Help meeeee!!!

okay so i was brushing my teeth like normal this morning. And then i rinced my mouth with mouthwash like i always do. And as i was gargling the mouthwash (scope) i accidently swalowed some. Like a teaspoon. I freaked out and spat out the rest then i drank like a gl of water. It says DO NOT SWALLOW the mouthwash, and if you do, you need to contact a posion controll ceter. But i dont think i swallowed enough to kill me or anything im just freaking out though. Im 14, and i weigh 120 lb. am i gunna be alright?!?!?!
