Does verizon offer 1 year plans?

hi i was wondering if they offered 1 year deals for verizon cause i have t-mobile right now and my plan ends in a month and i really really like the samsung sch-u740. i was also thinking about getting the motorola razr 2 v8 or the sony ericcson w580i. i need help on which one to get? thank you :]
