Armour for Runescape?

Alright I can afford 2 different good combinations of armour and weapons. I need help deciding which. whip, d plate, d legs, rune def, sara sword, Or Bgs, rune plate, rune legs. (Both of these combos have helm of neitiznot, obby cape, comb brace, str ammy and the other basics and such). And suggestions? 78 attack, 74 strength, 72 defence if you have any other ideas. thanks!
