Dog behaviorist christine nolan?

i have a puppy named abby and shes about 12 to 13 weeks. ive noticed shes been getting more aggressive like grabbing my feet and holding on to it while she bited it while i walk her. she also has been barking a lot for no good reason and we were potty training her but now she peeing everywhere. my neighbor told me about christine nolan a dog behavorist that worked with cesaer millan and said she was really good. do you think i should try her because its kind of pricy. its like 150 for only 3 hours.
