What could cause my 96 dodge ram 2wd front brakes to grab at very low speeds?

I just replaced rotors, bearings, one caliper, and put on new ceramic pads. I think I bled it properly but both sides grab just before I come to a complete stop. Also when rolling slowly, a little pressure on brakes causes them to really sound rough. Could a stuck caliper that damaged the rotor have caused larger problems upstream?
