Why Should States take Bailout Money?

Hey, the little piggies need their nourishment. Socialist governor of WI Doyle spewed his rhetoric on cspan the other day stating I'll take anyone else's money to, if they don't want it. He bragged how he's providing health care for all children and the poor. That the public school system is collapsing. How Obama took almost all counties of the state with double digit numbers. He failed to explain all the new taxes he and his socialist buddies created and how he bent over with lubrication in hand for the unions at the expense of the private property owner. How he will have free and unfettered abortions being performed in Madison at the college at taxpayers expense, to further their embryonic stem cell research. Wisconsin was one of the highest taxed states to begin with and now they managed to nickel and dime taxpayers to financial ruin and chase businesses out of the state.
