Whats up with my bike everything is always coming loose?

every time i ride around the mid section of my bike like make a noise (sounds like metal clanking together) right know i dont know what it is and i always had problems with it like the chain coming loose almevery weekweek the pedals get loose everyday and the the crank arms came loose and i dont know if itmy crappy bearings that are the culpritet
